#JONDIEtravels: Wearing JONDIE in NYC

New York is always a good idea. No matter the time of year, the concrete jungle is an exciting place to visit. This past Valentine's Day weekend I visited the city and although it was cold and snowy, I was able to adventure all over while rocking my new JONDIE wardrobe.

Friday the 13th was a chilly and windy day. For a day of sightseeing around Rockefeller and Central Park, I wore my black denim jeans with a cream sweater. To add a pop of color, I added the turquoise and gold pendant necklace. This statement necklace with the gold and turquoise accents really made a statement against the cream thermal. (All 3 pieces from JONDIE.)

What I love about the cream JONDIE sweater is the white vegan leather accents on the shoulders and elbows. Leather is always on trend for the winter and spring, whether it be black or white leather.

For brunch on Valentine's Day, the brown JONDIE 3/4 sleeve sweater was the perfect thickness to keep me warm. I went to one of my favorite brunch spots in the city, The Smile. With the temperature as low at 9 degrees that day, you had to bundle up to walk around anywhere.

This 3/4 sleeve sweater was ideal because I could layer for the outdoors, but inside sit and eat comfortably. The gold and silver teardrop necklace stood out well against the brown and went with the neutral outfit theme.

Over the weekend to shop in SoHo and Nolita, I wore my JONDIE Union Jack graphic sweater with my black jeans. Everywhere I went I was complimented on the sweater.

Since the flag made a statement on its own, I went with the simple and dainty Mimi and Dottie African copper bead necklace. It hit perfectly between the red stripe of the Union Jack flag, so it didn't go unseen.

Right now at JONDIE we have sweaters for every occasion that are light-weight and easy to transition into spring. Oversized or fitted, cropped or long, there is a sweater in the store for you. Make sure to check out our jeans too, they are a great fit for all and we have many styles, colors and cuts to choose from.

We are ready for some warmer weather, so with these pieces added to your wardrobe, you can transition easily to Spring!
