We accept returns and exchanges and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will be happy to help you in any way through email or phone.
Our return policy is for 14 days after you receive your purchase with sales receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unworn/unused, with tags attached, and in the same condition as when you purchased it. It must also be in any original packaging. Intimate apparel (panties, tights, etc.), jewelry, sunglasses, beauty products, and clearance cannot be returned. Within 14 days, return your item in-store or email us using the form below to receive information on how to make a return. We offer exchange the day of the return or store credit that does not expire and can be used at any of our stores.
If this is an online return or you are out of town, you are responsible for shipping your returned items back to us. If your item is damaged, contact us phone so we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping fees for websitel orders are non-refundable and cannot be credited back to you. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your store credit.
