We recently returned from an amazing trip to Elbow Cay in the Abacos, Bahamas. It is such a magical place. Of course, we packed our JONDIE essentials - including sunglasses and passport cases. Elbow Cay is a tiny island - about 4 miles long - and one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. This was our third trip to experience the beautiful turqouise water and powder soft pink sand. Yes, PINK sand - created from crushed corals and shells.
